Mwogan Foundation is a Non-Profit Organization registered in Uganda under (The non-government organization Act 2016) with Permit No 580 and Certificate No. 443 with the vision of bringing transformation to rural families and communities in Uganda, through the implementation of sustainable initiatives that will bring hope and enduring change to our people.

As a foundation, Spiritual growth, Education, employability and Poverty alleviation are the primary focus areas of our initiatives to Empowering individuals, families and communities.

Meet the dedicated individuals driving our mission forward

Grace Mwoga

Executive Director

Grace is a dynamic, enterprising team player with a passion to learn and acquire knowledge. He possesses over 5+ years of experience working in non-profit sector. As MFA's Executive Director, Grace provides overall management, guidance and supervision to the Secretariat. He has mastered his art as a Community Development specialist and exhudes demonstrated history and skill in leadership and strategic planning.

Ritah Bagaga

Finance and Administration Officer

Ms. Ritah Bagaga is a young and committed finance officer with a keen interest in community transformation and children affairs. Ritah has worked at MFA for the last 3 years assisting in managing the organization books of accounts.

Scovia Kaliva

Program Associate

Ms. Scovia Kaliva is a self-driven and seasoned Community and Child Development Worker who combines her passion for Community development, Children Welfare together with Accountability, Transparency, and Integrity to produce positive results.

Christopher Young

International Coordinator/Bible Study Mentor

Christopher has been a pastor for twenty years serving in four different churches in the South and Midwest parts of the United States. He is a musician with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance and holds two master's degrees. He is currently in his senior residency of the DMA at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary with a focus on Worship/Hymnology.
